Bulgari is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Located in China
Responsibilities

-To serve as a Brand Ambassador/Event manager to exclusively represent the brands in the PR event, Promotions and marketing activities.
– To manage the event budget in allocation of all the parties concerned in particular to the vendors. May need to conduct training for the retail staff team, organization of events and interview with media for the brands
– Coordinate national and or regional, and international trade show events and activities based on criteria from Corporate and/or Director of Marketing.
– Develop unique premium items based on input of sales and/or marketing. Forecast needs to insure ample quantities without excessive overage. Maintain budgeted levels of these items.
– Process trade show and premium invoices; track and budget expenditures into a proper classification. Enter purchase orders into the system.
– Special projects include fulfilling awards for trade promotions. Track results of promotions, coordinate trade based on specific requests, and create written promotional material as required. Follow up on rebate problems if needed.
– Maintain distributor promotions that run in conjunction to trade shows. Develop necessary mailing flyers and insure proper support materials are available within given time frames.
– Fulfill program awards and update final costing associated with offer for analysis purposes.
– Receives incoming customer complaints, questions, or requests for information. Responds or refers customer to other personnel, such as Retail manager, Logistic Manager, etc. for resolution. Follows up with involved parties to ensure that all concerns have been answered.
– Develops, schedules, and implements annual series of distributors, wholesalers and other personnel to company facilities. Makes all required arrangements, commandeers Sales and Marketing and other personnel for attendance.
– Coordinates involvement in trade shows, association meetings, and other related events. Notifies Marketing personnel of upcoming meetings and schedules attendance to ensure representation.
– Analyzes market data, including parts sales, overall sales volume, and competitive products and recommends marketing objectives. Interacts with branches, distributors, and dealer to define parts needs. Reviews and responds to formal complaints or suggestions regarding spare parts.
– Participates in the development of sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and public relations and leads and participates in various activities encompassing these areas.
– Develops methods for evaluating merchandising programs to determine public acceptance. Evaluates the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs, and recommends improvements or changes.
– Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.
– Coordinates involvement in trade shows, association meetings, and other related events. Notifies Marketing personnel of upcoming meetings and schedules attendance to ensure representation.
– Works with merchandizer to ensure the availability of accurate, up-to-date inventory and to exchange information on changes or VM developments.
– Participates in the development of sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and public relations and leads and participates in various activities encompassing these areas.
– Assist Marketing Director for reviewing the merchandising programs to determine public acceptance. Evaluates the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs, and recommends improvements or changes.
– Responds to product-related informational requests from internal and external departments/personnel and serves as the primary contact for customer service issues pertaining to spare parts.
– Maintains currency with respect to technical knowledge and general sales techniques and trends.
– Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

– University graduate majoring in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
– Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a must, knowledge of other European languages as a definite asset
– Solid exposure in retail industry or luxury goods industry
– Working experience in China/Asia is a definite advantage
– Excellent knowledge of Event management
– Excellent understanding of the brands
