The Online Product Content Coordinator will be primarily responsible for online product content, ensuring the worldwide websites are accurate and current.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with the regional e-commerce teams to create/update product assortments (new collections, special collections, sell-out/cancelled styles, corporate promotions) for all categories on each site;
  • Assist with website photography requirements by collaborating with regional teams about their product selection/needs and acquiring the assets from the Corporate Image Department;
  • Liaise with WW Digital Merchandising team on keeping the glossary of terms up to date and sharing the final glossary with the translations vendor;
  • Coordinate translations for worldwide websites by liaising with translation vendor to have copy translated and follow-through with QA (within region) to ensure that translations are correct and brand appropriate;
  • Determine visual layout of products for all regions by following visual and corporate guidelines and receiving regional approval;
  • Take part in overall site updates including QA process and CMS enhancements;
  • Ensure website reflects the brand and is up to date with all corporate branding initiatives;
  • Identify opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales;
  • Responsible for all merchandising responsibilities and daily collaboration with Chinese E-business teams ;
  • Manage relationship with US Wholesale team to coordinate the sharing of all English product description;
  • Create and maintain the Content Management System training manual;
  • Create and import buy spreadsheets into CMS each season and make sure all styles are associated to appropriate gender, categories and sub-categories.


    • Bachelor’s degree;
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role;
    • Work experience in a luxury fashion or retail environment;
    • Detail-oriented;
    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Ability to work in a h ighly matrix environment to deliver and share results;
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
    • Fluent in Italian and English.
