Position

He/she will be part of the EMEAI Retail Team and will be responsible of the whole Outlet channel in terms of growth goals achievement and exploitation of new business opportunities.

This position involves:

- Sales management

• Making certain Gucci’s targets realization maximizing sales revenues and global efficacy and minimizing costs
• Proposing innovative solutions to better fit the retail outlet business expansion and needs
• Organizing special promotions displays and events

– Stores planning and forecasting

• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes for maximizing profits
• Studying and interpreting trends to facilitate planning

– Analysis and monitoring

• Managing and controlling data analysis
• Monitoring detailed sales and stock for each store
• Maximizing sales and results by store through collaboration with Buying team and Store Management for a better understanding of each market
• Closely monitoring progress of business react

– Inventory activities

• Supervision on activities of inventory
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Analyzing selling trends

- Employees management

• Managing and motivating store management’s team to maintain high standard levels of performance increase sales and ensure efficiency

• Working closely to HR and SMs in recruiting
• Identifying staff and training needs
• Conducting appraisals and performance reviews

– Store visits and openings

• Visiting stores talking to staff and customers
• Ensuring high standard levels for customer service quality and safety
• Create pleasant climate and take care of Gucci policies observation
• Managing new openings
• Exploiting new business opportunities

 

Skills:

• Successful studies in business management
• At least 5 years of experience in complex retail contexts
• Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude
• Experience in large volume distribution
• Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for opportunity presented
• Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and driving business
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
• Talent for managing coaching and developing a team
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
