Purpose of the job

Support the Visual Merchandising Corporate team in the development and management of the visual merchandising brand strategy to ensure a uniform image throughout all distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the department timelines and planning of all Visual Merchandising projects throughout Europe
  • Ensure the creation of Visual Merchandising guidelines and innovative tools
  • Follow up on store execution of all visual merchandising tools to increase sales and brand visibility
  • Provide support and ensure stores demonstrate high visual merchandising standards: responsible for merchandising implementation and creating creative solutions that positively affect the business
  • Create and update merchandising tools, translate sales strategies into actionable merchandising executions; ensure strong communication of visual expectations and standards within the field
  • Liaise closely with Retail, Wholesale, Operation team, Store Development and Customer Service.
  • Establish and develop a strong communication and partnership with all Franchising partners as well as Wholesale Key Accounts, in order to have full support locally and to ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines will be respected and carried out
  • Create and deliver internal Visual Merchandising training sessions, workshops or seminars for the field

Qualifications and competences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of Visual Merchandising experience
  • Proven track record in Retail and Wholesale channels
  • Fluent in English and Italian. Any other European languages would be considered a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to complex business situations and capable of self-motivation
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts
  • Strong operational background
  • Availability to travel
