Position

Minerva Group is looking for a Personal Assistant who is a native English speaker.

 

Accountabilities

  • scheduling and attending meetings
  • arranging travels and accommodations
  • occasionally travelling with the manager to provide general assistance
  • liaising with clients
  • supporting HR staff during interviews
  • updating company’s UK website
  • screening phone calls, e-mails and cv
  • supporting head hunting activities

Requirements:

  • native English speaker
  • good standing
  • excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • skilful at social networking and blogging
  • strong organisation skills
  • available to work in Italy and UK
  • ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • ideally have knowledge of the fashion sector
  • ideally have previous experience in the HR field
