Pepe Jeans London is a young fashion and denim brand born in Portobello (London) in 1973. Since the very beginning the brand worked with maverick photographers, artists, models and directors from all over the world, creating an international spirit reflected within the collections and the Pepe Jeans team. Designing womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, footwear and Andy Warhol themed collections, today Pepe Jeans sells at more than 300 stores and 7000 doors at wholesale in 65 countries with a team of more than 2300 people.

Position

The main tasks can be summarized as follows:

-   Guarantee the right image in the stores
–   Supervise the store openings, and refits: supervision of the work development, coordinating product delivery
–   Supervise the right standards are maintained in the stockroom
–   Ensure the right level of customer service and professionalism is provided in the stores
–   Selection of the collections, analysis and prior planning together with the product department
–   Supervise sale period planning
–  Supervise the initial campaign delivery of product
–   Product analysis and commercial activities. Fortnightly meetings with the product department
–   Monitor stock levels, sell through of product and product replenishment
–   KPI’s supervision in order to implement actions together with the Retail Area Managers which help drive the business
–   Analyze sales to monitor and ensure achievement of the budget (P&L Analysis, budgets, deviations..)
–   Best sellers analysis, report development for product needs, competition analysis and sell through monitoring
–   Cost control and stock loss supervision to maximize profits
–   Plan commercial initiatives and implement actions for store teams which help drive them and measure results
–   Make a monthly monitory of the Saving Plan, analyzing the different costs (personnel cost, supplies cost, marketing costs..), and comparing it with the provisions and with the spending of the last year
– Supervising Retail Area Managers

Skills:

– University degree
– Min. of 4 years experience as Retail Area Manager
– Languages: English and French (as a plus)
