Community Manager – Golden Goose – Milano
Our ideal candidate is able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
-Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
-Managing the social media strategic calendar for the Brand.
-Managing creative assets such as text, image and video content for social media accounts
-Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews
-Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
– Building relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
– Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Community Manager – Requirements
-Previous work experience as a community manager.
-Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)
-Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
-Excellent english verbal & writing communication skills
-Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
